Refund Policy

The short version
Try 5 fixes free before you pay. If you buy and Pinset isn't for you, you get a full refund within 7 days of buying, no questions asked.
How to ask
Email hello@getpinset.com from the address you used to buy, within 7 days. You don't need to give a reason. Refunds are paid by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, to the card or account you paid with. Banks usually show it within 5 to 10 working days.
What happens to your licence
A refunded licence key is switched off, and Pinset goes back to the free version on every Mac that used it.
After 7 days
We'll still refund in full if:
- you were charged twice, or charged for something you didn't order;
- your licence key never arrived and we couldn't fix that;
- Pinset doesn't run on a Mac with a macOS version we say we support, and we can't fix it.
Otherwise, refunds end 7 days after purchase.
